Walt and Mearsheimer Take ‘The Israel Lobby’ to Israel

It seems that two of the pro-Israel community’s least-favorite political scientists, “Israel Lobby” authors Stephen Walt and John Mearsheimer, are giving a talk next month in a somewhat surprising locale — the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. How nice. Maybe Walt and Mearsheimer will learn something.

Hopefully the students there are Hebrew U will also learn something about how destructive the policies of groups like AIPAC have been to the international standing of both the US and Israel.

It's about time the US started treating Israel like and adult. You're sixty years old now; let's finally cut the apron strings.

AIPAC wants peace but not at the expense of Israel's security and it's citizens.
