Another Arab Intellectual for Israel
They’re certainly a rare breed, partly because Israel’s treatment of the Palestinians doesn’t always add to their ranks, but also because being a pro-Israel Arab requires tremendous intellectual (and, alas, physical) courage.
The European Jewish Press reports:
Magdi Allam, deputy chief Editor of Italy’s most influential daily Il Corriere della Sera, has once again shocked his readership with his seventh book, “Viva Israele” (Long Live Israel).
The subtitle of the book reads “From the ideology of death to the civilization of life: my story.”
